Mindfulness Coaching Series

Starting in MAY 2026

Mindfulness living (when practiced regularly and over time), can slow cellular aging and improve the blood pressure, blood flow, memory, immune response and can help with anxiety and depression. Chronic stress can greatly contribute to the mentioned areas. 

During an 8 session series (1-2 weeks apart for each session and 45 minutes in length), we’ll discuss mindful living and its specifics. I’ll teach you steps to take with you between each session and thereafter. 

This series is not designed to eliminate stress; it’s designed to shift chronic stress to mindful living which gives space for a sense of inner peace and calmness. This, in turn, helps with physical/emotional symptoms of continued stress.
